A national humanitarian umbrella organization (RA 580328839), established in 1998 to work on behalf of the needy in Israel, without regard to sex, religion, creed, race, origin, or nationality.
At its aid centers, the organization extends immediate aid to the needy through distribution of food and clothing, as well as long-term solutions through vocational guidance aimed at helping the needy join the ranks of the employed.
Based on a belief that the future of Israeli society depends on the education of today’s youth, the organization also operates the Ilan Ramon Touching the Horizon Educational Center, where young people with potential and will, though lacking in financial means, receive an education, are empowered, and learn the tools to break the cycle of poverty.

The best of the Israeli artists had appeared on the greatesr fundraising show on Nov 8, 2008.
The event was took place in Tel Aviv port for the benefit of  "touching the horizon" educational center, in memory of Ilan Ramon. 

The Magical Mystery Tour band accompany the event, also appeared: Beri Saharof, Ninet Tayeb, Efraim Shamir, Miki Gavrielov, Dani Robas, Maor Cohen, Shlomi Shaban, Meir Banai, Yermi Kaplan, Yoni Bloch, Hemi Rudner, Yaheli Sobol, Eran Tzur, Rona Keinan, Daniel Solomon, Idan Alterman, Igi Waksman, Avi Grenwich and Guri Alfi. hosting by Tal Berman and Aviad Kisos.

For this successfull event appeared the artists, hosts, suppliers and many more in completely volunteer. 

Nissim Tzioni, Pitchon Lev CEO also appeared on stage, playing and singing "I saw her" .Tzioni exited the crowd which took part of the show.

The educational center "La'gaat Ba-Ofek" ("Touch the Horizon") works with individuals and corporations for direct support to teenagers in need. This center operates a unique program with the help of Tel-Aviv University to educate these teenagers and prepare them to overcome the hard conditions of their lives
